Why is it ever project needs to be done at the last minute? About each project is worked on for about 6months or longer, and hardly nothing is accomplished and then someone is like oh shit, we have a week to do this now! And now its balls to the wall work..which should have been done little by little months ago! Not all at one time!
This is crazy! I hate project managers who cant lead a project. Might as well hire a rock to do the same job a PM does. What a waste.
