I am, as most would call it, an otaku. I know how it feels to be called weird, espically if you like Yaoi...Anyway, the haters are just so arrogant, they don't know what they're saying. Example: Most haters think every anime fan likes Naruto.
Not everyone likes Naruto, I actually don't like Naruto. That's sterotyping.
Example: It's all just moe/hentai/ecchi. Not all anime is hentai.
Example: It's all fighting.
There are romance and school themed anime.
Example: It's a stupid cartoon. It's boring.
They usually see a filler. They think they know everything about anime when, in reality, they know nothing. Anime isn't just for kids, most are for adults if you think about it. Manga are just like the comics in the newspaper, only a different drawing style. The haters say "Cartoons are for children" when in fact, they like Family Guy. They like South Park, the Simpsons, Spongebob, etc. Cartoons. There is no difference between Japanese cartoons and American cartoons. I understand the weeaboos, but not all fans are weeaboos. They assume we are all weeaboos. Some of these people haven't even seen an anime and they'll sit there and complain. I understand some fans go crazy and dis American shows, but that doesn't mean they have the right to cuss all of us out. These haters need to sit down and think before they act.

I know many people complain and rant about this, but I have to put my two sense in and say something too.  It is, of course, about Cartoon Network. I used to watch Cartoon Network all the time, I new nothing of the other two children channels. CN was the channel I watched when I came off the bus. I remember the Powerpuff Girls, Johnny Bravo, Cow&Chicken, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and more. I remember the city theme, the checkerboard, the Cartoon Cartoon Fridays. Everything. Now, CN is stupid. All the good cartoons are gone. They even removed Toonami and Miguzi. Now, many people just explain how much they loved it, but let me point something out. Toonami was taken off for violence but then there's the present CN with Total Drama Island, Action, and World Tour. Total Drama has freaking nude ladies and some dude flicking the birdie. And yet Toonami went off because of violence? I don't understand. Then there's CN Real. Those shows are spin offs of other shows. Othersiders=Ghosthunters, Survive This=Suvivor, Dude What Would Happen=Mythbusters, Bobb'e Says=AFV, Brain Rush=Cash Cab. One night, I was watching an anime on Chiller and it was a commercial. I saw a commercial for an Unnatural History...on CHILLER. CN commercials are only on Boomerang and itself. I saw the same commercial on Nick, Travel, and while watching TBS and FX. Cartoon Network is becoming like Nick and Disney. I think we, as in everyone, should stop watching it. The cartoons are ripoffs (Flapjack), the shows are ripoffs, the new 'check it' thing is stupid, everything is jacked up. The only good shows now are Pokemon, Bakugan, and Beyblade! That's sad. The once beautiful channel had but on a big ugly dress now. They better step up their game because the grave their digging is getting deeper and deeper as they do the unthinkable.

Ok, I am a mother of two, and I know when my girls go to school, their will be the popular kids, the normal kids, and the ones who eat the glue. But should t.v. already start making kids to believe they are not cool, because they don't have their products. I was watching t.v. with my oldest daughter and a Lely Kely commercial comes on. At first it is a normal commercial. Girl sing about the product. Then at the end I hear, you can't play with us and be cool like us. At first I thought I herd it wrong. But Now I know that it says that. And it really bothers me. They don't need to tell kids they are not cool. It is a stupid advertising. Say it is they coolest things this summer, or something, but to tell kids they can't be cool, is so stupid. I am waiting for my kids to say they are not cool, because they don't have those stupid shoes or make up phone.
