Why is it that when people hear " the buses will be departing in one minute , they want to sit around smoking and joking , and then when the doors to the bus close and it begins to move out , they want to run out yelling and screaming. " 

If you've read my other notes, you should be well aware that I don't get very many hours at my job (Doc's, the restaurant). In the job interview one month ago, my boss loved me. Just as he hired me, he asked, "What sort of hours would you like?" "Full time," I replied. "Not a problem," he said. My hours? Friday, 5:30 - 10:00; Saturday, 6:00 - 10:00; Sunday, 10:00 - 2:00. That's 12 1/2 hours a week at this job. I figured, 'well, I'm in training. It'll only last a week or two.'

Why is it that when a person owns a computer and something fails on it whether it is software or hardware they instantly think that it gives them the god given right to demand a new computer. WHAT THE HELL, COMON PEOPLE. It is like owning a car, but do they call the dealership after a year or more and demand a new car because their tire has a flat or their alternator went out on them. The dealership will just look at them and laugh.
